This is the true story of a dacoit named "Shakuntala" in Madhubani, Bihar district. It is a true story of bravery, suffering, hatred, love, violence, power and injustice against women in rural India.

The main attraction about this film is that this woman warrior Shakuntala will narrate the original dacoit Shakuntala herself through her eyes and in her voice in the film "Bandit Shakuntala".

He was born in a very small village in Bihar in India, which was of the lowest caste. Due to cruel poverty, Shakuntala survived the humiliation of being poor and helpless. But she decided to study hard to improve her life. During which she was kidnapped and raped by a rich powerful man of the same village when she was just 12 years old.

After which he tried to do justice to his family which he failed to achieve. Shakuntala was made to suffer terrible consequences as a result of pleading for justice against the man who raped her. He was forced to marry an old man by his uncle. Shakuntala ran away. Later his uncle ruthlessly killed his father for a small piece of land.

The uncle helped the rich man to rape Shakuntala once again on the day of "Holi". He is then horribly gang-raped by 30 people. She was kept in a jungle with no clothes for 10 days, in which these people raped her repeatedly as she sought justice.

One day a person named "Nadeem" saved him. This boy who belonged to a bandit group. He took her along. They taught him everything to become a bandit. Shakuntala became BANDIT SHAKUNTALA.

He gave justice to all low-caste women and stole from the rich to give to the rape victims and the poor before surrendering on their own terms.

A khaki uniform-and-bandana avenged insults against lower caste people, and men for losing women and all their loved ones. Throughout her years of imprisonment without trial, Shakuntala remained a ray of hope for the poor. He had more than 33 cases, but none of them proved due to lack of evidence and thus he was released from jail.

Then he embarked on a new journey, the journey of a social worker. Now serving society not through the barrel of a gun but through peace, love and vengeance.
