Bablu Bachelor is a story based in UP, where a family well had always dreamed of their son's wedding with great pomp. Bablu (Sharman Joshi) met some girls for their wedding, but did not get it right. Then he met Pooja Chopra, who was already busy, and not a virgin. After hearing this, he rejects the offer. Later, at a wedding, he gets an opportunity to meet Tejas Pradhan, with whom he falls in love and the two agree to the wedding. But the twist comes when Tejasri runs away leaving a letter for her on the wedding day, in which she says that she has moved to Mumbai to celebrate her career as an actress. In search of his love, Bablu goes to Mumbai, where he meets Pooja Chopra. Bablu tells Pooja about the situation, and later decides to help her find Tejasri. Will Pooja and Bablu be able to find Tejashwi? Whether Bablu and Tejasree will get married are some of the questions that make up the rest of the film.
